Our approach
We want every video to be right. If something isn’t working, tell us — we’ll revise the edit until it matches the brief we agreed on.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we’ve started editing, we’ll refund your payment in full.
Work in progress
If you cancel after editing has started, we’ll refund the portion of the payment for work not yet delivered. Videos already delivered are not refundable.
Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Unused videos in the current month don’t carry over and aren’t refunded, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
If we miss the mark
If we can’t deliver a video that meets the agreed brief after the included revision rounds, contact us and we’ll work out a fair refund for that video.
How to request a refund
Email Amin.anis3@gmail.com with your name and project details. We reply within one business day and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
